The story of us

Inti Coffee was born from a practical perspective of students at INTI International University — a place with open spaces, high student density, and a strong culture of support. However, beyond being just a learning environment, I believe a university should become a place where students can directly create real value and be recognized for that value.
From that vision, Inti Coffee is built as a business–education–social ecosystem, where every activity has a clear purpose and is closely connected to the community.
Within the campus, the store does not prioritize commercial profit. Revenue generated here is partially reinvested into student development activities, while online channels play a key role in sustaining operations. Outside the campus, physical stores and distribution channels become the primary sources of revenue, enabling brand expansion and value-sharing among stakeholders.
But Inti Coffee is not driven by cash flow alone — it is driven by pride.
When a student can tell their parents that they are not just studying, but actively building a brand and operating a real business model, that sense of pride becomes the most powerful social channel. In this way, Inti Coffee not only develops the student community but also enhances the value of the degree and the institution’s reputation.
To achieve this in a highly competitive F&B market, Inti Coffee follows a clear strategy:
simplify to differentiate – stay consistent to scale.
The menu focuses on a few signature products, refined to the highest quality. Operations are standardized, synchronized, and discipline-driven. More importantly, the system is built on a profit-sharing mechanism tied directly to capability development.
At Inti Coffee, profit does not come before capability — they grow in parallel. Students are not automatically placed in high-level operational roles; instead, they go through a structured evaluation and validation process guided by a council of mentors, lecturers, and the core team.
When a project is approved, both the system and the students benefit — and share responsibility for the outcome.
The key difference is that students do not start from zero.
They are placed within an ecosystem that already has a foundation, direction, and control — allowing them to develop the right capabilities in the right context, and clearly see the value of their efforts through real outcomes.
In terms of products, Inti Coffee does not simply sell coffee — it delivers scalable experiences and consistent quality. From in-store beverages, customers can access a range of products such as coffee beans, freeze-dried coffee, ready-to-drink cold brews, and teas. Each product serves as a brand touchpoint, meeting customer needs while reinforcing brand value.
As the brand expands beyond campus — from stores located 10–20 km away to e-commerce channels — Inti Coffee is not just selling products, but telling a story:
these are products operated by students within a real-world educational ecosystem.
Short-form content, posters, and videos act as direct communication channels to parents and the wider community — helping them understand how the institution develops students who are not only academically strong but also capable of real-world execution.
Finally, Inti Coffee does not stop at a physical model. The system will be integrated with a technology platform (software) to manage operations, track performance, evaluate capabilities, and connect all parts of the ecosystem — from on-campus stores to external channels.
Inti Coffee, therefore, is more than just a coffee brand.
It is a model where education, business, technology, and community converge — where students don’t just learn to know, but learn to build, to create value, and to make their families proud.
